Security Deposit/Additional Charges
Additional charges will be applied and withheld from your security deposit if any of the following apply:
- Pets are on the Premises. (Sorry, no exceptions)
- There is damage to the walls, carpet, furniture or fixtures.
- Arrival and Departure times are not honored.
- Windows are left open, doors left unlocked or heat is left above 68o.
- Above normal cleaning is required – The housekeeper is not responsible for dishes.
- There is excessive trash. All trash must be put in the outside container prior to departure or taken to the Transfer Station located on Dump Road (off Mountain Road/Rt.108, between Baggy Knees Plaza and AJ’s Ski & Sport)
- There is misbehavior on the premises. (More than one incident may result in being required to vacate the premises without reimbursement of rental)
- Keys are not returned within two weeks of your stay - ($40)
- Checks are returned unpaid.
- The reservation is cancelled.*
