All rentals are subject to a $80 cleaning fee which covers general cleaning such as laundering of sheets, making beds, cleaning toilets, showers/tubs, floors, refrigerator, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Any cleaning which is required above and beyond our standard cleaning service will result in an additional charge of $20 per hour.
